Sign up to SystmOne Online Services

Please note SystmOne (S1) Online Messaging Service will be deactivated from 1st August because we have enrolled in PATCHS Online Services in line with North West London GP Practices. This has the same and more functionality. Please see here for more information. You can still use your S1 account for other activities though - see below.

About Our Online Services

By signing up for online services, you will be able to complete a variety of different tasks online rather than having to come in to the practice:

  • Book an appointment

  • View past and future appointments

  • Order recent and regular repeat medications

  • View your summary care records

  • Access test results

​

These online services are as safe as online banking as long as you keep your passwords secure, and you can access these services 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Please note - it may take 2 working days to get a reply to messages sent to the practice via online services so please do not use this for urgent queries.

How to Sign Up

You will need to have a username and password created for you, before you can use our online services.

​

In order to sign up for online services, simply come into the practice and fill in our ‘Register for Online Services’ form, and we will issue you with login details.

  • For online access to book appointments, you will not need to bring identification.

  • For online access for repeat prescriptions and your medical records, you will need to bring one form of identification.

​

 Forms of identification accepted are:

  • Passport and/or Birth Certificate

  • HC2 certificate

  • Mortgage Agreement

  • Utility Bill

  • Driving Licence

  • Rough sleepers’ identity badge

  • Hostel registration/mail forwarding letter

Prospective Access to Full Medical Records

Please note automatic access to prospective medical records for anyone 16y+ has now been postponed from the previous launch date of 1st November 2022. It is expected that this will now launch in December 2022.


What will be included in the online view?

Entries added from 01/11/22 onwrards including:
 

  • Appointments

  • Medication lists-Both acute and repeat in all apps, past drugs will show in the NHS App

  • Allergies

  • Documents / letters

  • Test results

  • Coded data, including Problem lists

  • Consultation entries

  • Immunisations


What are the benefits?

A patient with access to their own health data can better understand their own health, can research their own conditions, can have better ownership of their management and can be more responsible for their health outcomes. The patient may also be better enabled to monitor prescriptions, book and cancel appointments and to check results and referrals.

 

Note: Please be cautious when viewing your medical data once this access programme is rolled out and note that you may need to download information to view it. As such, if you are viewing your data on a non-private device please ensure you delete any downloaded items as well as logging off the system once you have finished viewing it, otherwise it may be available for other people to view.
