Cavendish Health Centre is delighted to currently be taking new patient registrations and you may be able to register with our practice if you do not live in our catchment area.

This may be convenient if you work or study locally. It is important that you are able to come to the practice for face-to-face consultations when necessary.

This may not be appropriate under some circumstances eg if you need regular home visits (we are unable to visit if you are outside of our catchment area) or if you need or are likely to need local services which are based on where you live (eg health visitor services for newborn babies, or mental health services).
