Cavendish Health Centre has decided to temporarily suspend new out-of area patient registrations for all new patients. However, if you are a current patient at the practice whom has moved out of area we may be willing to keep you as our patient and convert your registration type.

This may be convenient if you work or study locally.

​

This may not be appropriate under some circumstances eg if you need regular home visits (we are unable to visit if you are outside of our catchment area) or if you need or are likely to need local services which are based on where you live (eg health visitor services for newborn babies, or mental health services) and is at our discretion.

If you wish to stay registered at the practice but have moved out of our area, please contact our administration team to update us of your new address and your application to switch registration will be considered and accepted if appropriate.
